1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Doorviser (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. MLS Data & IDX Display Terms

Property listing data displayed on this Platform is provided by licensed Multiple Listing Service (MLS) data feeds, including but not limited to Trestle (Cotality) and Bridge Interactive. All listing data is provided for consumers’ personal, non-commercial use only and may not be used for any purpose other than to identify prospective properties consumers may be interested in purchasing, leasing, or renting.

The listing data is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by the MLS or Doorviser. All information should be independently verified by the consumer. The data relating to real estate for sale or lease on this website comes in part from licensed MLS feeds. Detailed information about MLS data sources is available upon request.

You may not copy, redistribute, retransmit, or otherwise make available any listing data obtained from this Platform, whether in whole or in part, to any person or entity. Any unauthorized use of the data is a violation of applicable MLS rules and may subject you to legal action.

3. Listing Information Disclaimer

Information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. All listing information, including but not limited to square footage, lot size, room count, and property features, is provided by the listing broker and/or the MLS. Doorviser is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in listing data.

Photographs displayed may be of the listing or the property. The display of sold data is not an indication or implication that the property is currently available for sale.

4. Broker Attribution

All listing displays identify the listing broker as required by applicable MLS rules. Contact information for the listing broker or agent is provided on each listing’s detail page. Any “Contact” or “Tour” features on the Platform may connect you to a Doorviser-affiliated agent and not the listing agent, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. AI-Generated Content

Doorviser uses artificial intelligence to help users discover properties. AI-generated summaries, descriptions, and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute real estate advice. All AI-generated content is derived from MLS data and should be independently verified.

6. Fair Housing

Doorviser is committed to compliance with the Fair Housing Act and all applicable federal, state, and local fair housing laws. We do not discriminate against any person because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected class.

7. Data Accuracy & Complaints

If you believe any listing data displayed on the Platform is inaccurate, please contact us at compliance@doorviser.com. We will investigate and, if appropriate, correct or remove false data in accordance with MLS rules.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, excluding MLS listing data, is the property of Doorviser Inc. MLS listing data, including photographs, is the copyrighted property of the respective MLS and/or listing broker and is displayed under license. Unauthorized reproduction of MLS data is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Doorviser provides listing data on an “as-is” basis and makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing information. Doorviser shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of listing data.
